Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your services time slot. Cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to the service will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and 50% of selected service will be charged to your card. In the event cancellations are made more than 24hrs prior to, the deposit will be applied to your rescheduled booking. No call no show will result in a charge of 50% as well as a double deposit 72hr in advance before your next booking will be confirmed.
